HYROX CONDITIONING


Go through techniques and methods of each HYROX station and allow the athlete to be more efficient and effective on each exercise and work on conditioning of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems specifically to the demands of HYROX. Recommended session if you are returning from a hiatus to increase your overall training volume and to re-condition.

HYROX APEX


Expect an intense workout with an emphasis on compromised fatigue and staying strong in HYROX-specific stations while maintaining an anaerobic effort. This is for seasoned athletes and those who want to challenge themselves further.
